WiZARD Cards & Collectibles

The fine print

Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Plain-English policies for orders placed on this website. Questions? Send us a message or DM us on Instagram @MetaZooWiZARD.

Shipping

  • Orders ship within the US. Standard shipping is $5.00 (3–7 business days), and orders of $75.00 or more ship free.
  • Orders usually ship within 2 business days of payment, and we'll send you tracking once your package is on its way.
  • Sealed product ships in a protective outer box. Singles ship sleeved and in a top loader.
  • We currently ship to US addresses only.

Returns & refunds

  • Damaged or not as described: if your order arrives damaged or isn't what we described, send us a message within 7 days of delivery. We'll reply by email so you can send us photos, then send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
  • Sealed product: unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. It must come back still factory sealed and in the condition we sent it. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • Final sale: opened product, singles and promo cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
  • Items bought through our eBay store follow the return settings on each eBay listing and are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Payments & sales tax

Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

Privacy

When you place an order we receive your name, email address, shipping address and what you bought, so we can ship your order and contact you about it. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the services needed to complete your order, like Stripe for payments and the shipping carrier.

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
